They just asked me to talk about my work. The ACD seemed un-engaged and a bit pretentious. He also did not respond to several thank you emails and correspondence. I backed away from the opportunity.
Not a broad enough range of questions - they did not get to know about everything I can offer. Instead they got hung up on the design brief.
