I really enjoyed the design challenge activity that Framework provided. It was a real time engagement where they presented a few "opportunity areas" for me to choose from. Unlike other design challenges in the past, they were outside of the subject matter of the work, and also playful, which created more space for dialogue and creativity.

They didn't ask me much about myself, it was mostly about there company. After training I was asked what I thought about the software and ways to improve it.
