What is my design process?
Tell me about a time when you had to analyze information and make a recommendation. What kind of thought process did you go through? Was the recommendation accepted? If not, why?
Tell me about the time where you had to complete 2 things at one time? How did you managed those? What was the outcome?
They are really focused on where you went to school and what degree you have and what your grades were but then say it doesn't really matter (very curious, what about those of us who graduated a long time ago and don't have this information on hand?).
