They asked very few behavior questions, but they asked me to take a technical test... I had to solve an op-amp and a simple circuit problem. Wouldn't have been difficult, and it really wasn't, but I couldn't remember how to do it (my circuits' courses were two years ago). My advice: study your basic circuits.

General and behavioral questions. Other than describing resume, nothing specifically technical. 1) Went over resume. 2) Why do you want to work for Spirit? 3) What are your best qualities that you will bring to Spirit? 4) What are your previous and expected salaries?

The Autocad portion of the interview had a couple of requirements that were unfamiliar to me. Fortunately, they allow you to ask questions but I would strongly suggest knowing your way around whatever program they are interviewing you for.
