Was a 45 minute video call that comprised of understanding my background, interest and one behavioural question. The second bit was a decomp question on data aggregating company and I was asked to make a sales pitch to the data subjects and aggregators. Having never done a decomp before and thinking this was mostly a behavioural round, was caught off guard a little and it didn’t go very well. However I did think the questions for suited for someone with a business degree, background whereas this position was a privacy position. Also felt very rushed since we hardly had 10-15 mins for the decomp. Would be helpful for HR to mention that there is a decomp involved in this round.
In the in-person interview, lots of white-boarding out of logic puzzles and problem solving scenarios.
