It was mostly general behavioral/competency questions but there were lots of follow up questions that push you to give very detailed, honest responses. Overall I enjoyed the conversations and the info I gathered about the team and company during the interviews helped me make decision.

How you enjoy your work?
On your team, how many "A" "B" and "C" players would you want. I said all "A" and the guy said but they will all want to leave, I said yes but they are the best people to have. It was very strange. I don't think it was an "apple" question just this one persons.
10 questions asked : for all questions, the think time unlimited, 2 takes permitted, 2 or 3 minute time limit to answer each question. If you mess up on the first take, you at least have a 2nd one to attempt it. If you mess up on the 2nd one, you are screwed. 1. What brings you to this interview today.
