Build an ML system from scratch in two hours on a dataset you haven't seen before on their servers. Tests for speed rather than quality of modeling/programming which I didn't like.
Introduce the projects you have done. Many deep learning basic knowledge like the formula of BN Layer, how to prevent overfitting, how to use drop out.
