A: The first question was, “Tell me about yourself.” From there, the entire interview consisted of standard HR-style questions, with no technical or role-specific content. It was quite surprising, especially for a position in DC operations. It became clear during the conversation that the DC management team had very limited knowledge of the actual supply chain and operational processes. Their understanding of logistics concepts seemed superficial, and they struggled to engage in any meaningful technical discussion.

All questions are off a questionnaire packet which each Manager had. A very structured interview which did not deviate. All questions were scenario questions and they are looking for key answer and how you respond. If it is not how they would treat the situation they will rebut how you responded and kind of put on you the defensive.
