1st Day What did I do to deserve to be a manager? Why I think I deserve to be a Manager? What courses did I take in regards to people management ? What courses did I take in regards to soft skills? 2nd day During a maintenance window something goes wrong and the issue gets escalated to you, customer wants to know what to do - what would be your decision? Conversation flow to fill-in the details and voila, all got clear.
Loaded with behavioral style questions.
They all asked for examples of how I had handled management problems with difficult employees and things of that nature. Fairly standard stuff.
