First question was about introduction.
The hardest question was about a real problem that they have. They poll several web services for each customer trying to get a loan. They are hitting bottlenecks in how long it takes to poll the various services. Fortunately for me, I had interviewed with another company that had a similar problem. The answer to this issue is predictive customer models, as code is limited by external systems that they don't have control over.
