A lack of questions was actually the most difficult aspect of the interview. I did not feel that there was a real effort to get an assessment of my abilities or capacity to do the job leading me to conclude they had other parties in mind for the position even before launching the interview process.
They were interested primarily in how to on-board the engineers to use the database.
