Technical interview: I was asked questions relevant to my experience with the various technologies related to SQL Server Database Administration. They asked different level of questions. What was the scope of your work? What kind of problems did you solve and how. Management interview: I was asked some questions such as following: What are you looking for in your prospective employer? Where do you see after 3 years in this organisation?
All questions were from the technical part (job description and current work).

How would you handle a specific technical situation with the system?
The questions were all intermediate level and to the point
What is your favorite color?
Mostly related to my past projects tasks and some case scenarios.
Difference between truncate and delete.
The one that stood out to me what how I would tackle handling an issue that you have no experience in - what steps would you take, how long you would work resolutions out on your own before asking for assistance, etc.
