F2F interviews were average. Although I enjoyed them, many of the questions seemed silliy. I hope they ask better questions and evaluate in a more deterministic way, come to a conclusion based on proper evaluation and give crisp and right reason for a rejection.

The initial interview had a problem that was all about mySQL... Interviewer didn't seem to mind that I didn't know/remember much mySQL, but would have been a good way to stand out right away.
