The questions that were asked were as follows: 1: Describe a time you failed to reach a goal. 2: Describe a time when you were challenged to work with someone who had a different working style than you and what did you do to overcome it? 3: Describe a time when you challenged the way a problem was being solved. 4: Describe a time when you championed a new way to do something.
Interviewers were already knowing about my profile and experience, it was like a knowledge sharing session. More of friendly talks.
