Phone interview took about 15 minutes. Questions I was asked: What do you know about the company? Are you afraid of repetitive work? What is your motivation to work in the field of clinical research? What are the advatages and the disadvantages that you see in this role? I was also asked to tell about a tool I learned independantly. Zoom interview also took about 15 minutes. Questions: Describe your dream job, What kind of people do you like/don't like working with? Tell about a project ou have lead. Where would you like to work if not aidoc? The recruiter called me to tell me that I didn't pass instead of just sending the generic rejection email, which was a better way to get rejected in my opinion.
