I was asked to find what was wrong with a zero-turn lawn mower. I have never used one before so i did not know what I was doing.
Had to label all the different items on a mechanical schematic.

escalation from call center will let u get into trouble if u dont have proof to back up urself. management will escalated to u without filtering the escalation is truth or cause by other party.
I didn’t mention on my CV that I am linux expert. They just decline my everything based on linux skill. If you read my CV then why you invite for an interview?? Poor judgement, poor review on glassdoor. Avoid this company please. Even the office looks awful !!!
