- how was the relationship between your manager/team and you - how do you act when you don't agree with your manager/team mates or there is a situation where you didn't get along with him/her. - how would your manager describe you - what would he/she say what you could improve - A costumer wants to become a refund, after 3 months of having a pro plan, because he doesn't uses it any more. What do you do? - A costumer has the basic plan and wants now 2 features extra of the pro plan. Monday has the possibility to add extra features the the plan. Do you give him these features? - After a month he is asking again for 1 more feature, would you also give it to him? Where is the line? - With which kind of people you get along the most - How do you are with people that doesn't fit in this profile you just told? - What was a challenging situation in your last job and how did you solve it - what means success for you. - Do you think you fit in the company and team?
