"You mentioned traumas and tragedies in your life. Would you be comfortable elaborating?"
The right interview questions to ascertain whether you're a good fit for the team. I selected 'difficult' because they press you to talk about specific steps you would take in complicated scenarios, so it requires you to think like you're a member of the team already.
Had to tackle a brief and present it to 3x TikTok employees. The presentation process was pleasant but would love to have gotten feedback on improvements.
