There were multiple interview questions. Overall I felt the team wanted to ensure that the fit and personality would be right for them and their team. Also skills and experience and how they can be applied to their company was another theme.
Asked pretty standard interview questions, along with playing some interesting word games and taking an assessment.
After the in-person interview, I was told that I was a "finalist" and asked to submit a sample blog post to advise salons on membership options.
