One question that struck me as super odd was whether I was open to getting back into an industry that I had left the previous year. I mean... no, because I'm trying to get into SaaS/tech like this company, which I had already mentioned. It felt like I was being told — mid-interview — that I shouldn't be trying to shift industries.
