Situation 3: Handling an Out of Stock Issue After an Order is Confirmed Our client would like to reorder the same thermal mugs to restock their storefront. The order has been approved by the client and confirmed by the supplier. Two days after you received order confirmation, the supplier let’s you know the item has suddenly gone out of stock and has no ETA for restocking. Task: -Write an email notifying the client and recommending your proposed solution or alternative option. -Write a response to the supplier navigating the issue and how it can be resolved. -Are there any extra steps that you would take to solve the problem.
