What is your speciality in relation to design?
The HR person wanted to know about my professional background and what I knew about the company. I was also asked to complete a creative task.
They had me walk them through a project in my design portfolio, then asked about the process used in that project and how it would apply to the role.
There were no questions asked during the workshop. During the video response round, the questions are fairly boilerplate interview questions such as "What is the recent project you're most proud of" or "What's a time you were able to work with a difficult client and succeeded". Things of that nature.
