It was evident that he was not genuinely interested in hiring. His demeanor was difficult, and he repeatedly asked the same questions, demonstrating a lack of respect for prospective employees and clear tendencies towards micromanagement. I would not recommend working under this manager.

Interview is largely experience based, you need to be able to describe the projects you have worked on in great detail. Questions on client management and client satisfaction. Ability to work with team in varying timezone. Other questions are behavioural and how you will act in certain situations.
