How would you deal with unhelpful coworkers at your assigned school or difficult parents?
I was asked to provide insight into how I would communicate with individuals of diverse backgrounds.
The most expected but also, most important questions they'll ask you: Why do you want to do Teach for America.
Give us an example of when you disagreed with something a colleague was doing. How did you address the conflict and how was it resolved? What would you do differently?
Role Play: They pretended to be an irate parent of one of your students. You had to respond. They would give you feedback on how you could improve and then you would do the same role play again attempting to incorporate the interviewers suggestions.

What is the item on your resume that inspired you to join Teach for America and how does it align with the Mission of TFA
The majority of the questions are behavioral/hypothetical situation questions rather than directed at specific policy or teaching theory.
