Describe your recruiting experience with applicant tracking systems.
The Director asked some generic questions but then kept asking some inappropriate questions. I was not interested right away with the negative vibe he gave off about the team, and the strict "old" school ways they run the company. but respectfully kept the phone interviewing going when I should not have. 1. What have you been doing with your finances since being laid off? 2. He stated "I know my lifestyle, I would not be able to last without income." So how are you getting by? 3. Are you willing to just take any job, like are you desperate and just going to settle? 4. Asked how many reqs I think a successful recruiter can manage. when I said it depends on the seniority of reqs and gave a number. He stated that he disagrees, and told me only 10 is what a successful recruiter can manage. 5. Tried to give me advice on what he thinks I should be making.... I have 5 years more experience in TA than this director. So taking with a grain of salt.
