Not having any experience with health care, I was asked to go home and do a homework assignment. I thought it was out of the ordinary, but, I hadn't interviewed for a job in 20 years. Overall, I thought the assignment was fun, gave me a chance to further show my expertise in my field and I think I must have done a pretty good job, since I was offered the position!
