How would I approach a colleague (whom I would be managing) if i felt they went pulling their weight?
Mostly behavioral questions ("Tell me about a time when...", "Do you have experience with X...", etc. Although not a major part of the interview, I did receive some high level questions about the business from one interviewer ("What was Revenue last year?", "What are some of the company's biggest challenges?"). All of which could have been prepared for by reviewing the company 10K, which is expected of a financial position at this level.
