The strangest question came from the Director of the company who was more keen on knowing what kind of person am I outside of the work environment more than what my professional experience looks like. Surprisingly, I was also questioned by the head of HR (Who claims on Linkedin, the professional platform that he is the Swiss knife of hiring industry) about the change of my facial expressions and my eyes telling some story. It was a clear case of wastage of my time.
They wanted to know a lot about my problem solving skills and my ability to collaborate with all personality types.

They inquired about social media fluency, willingness to perform "less glamorous" parts of the job, as well as desire to learn more about the financial services sector.

I can’t remember specifics but they asked very skill specific questions. This was not framed as a learning opportunity - They expect you to be able to perform from day one.
