Why did you leave your previous position?
Phone call was the basic tell me about yourself question, code challenges were all jquery based. The solutions must work in the provided web based simulator which is jenky, picky about how you write your code and difficult to troubleshoot. Questions were not too difficult I haven't used jquery in a while and was able to get all of them running locally quickly, the difficult part was getting the provided dev environment simulator to function properly.
Nothing particularly difficult other than my job experience did not tailor the position advertised

produce a colour ramp starting with one colour on one side of the screen and changing smoothly to a second colour on the other side. In the most complex case there will be a different colour in each corner of the screen and each pixel on the screen will show the appropriate mix of these four colours.
