Here comes the most hilarious part: I was tasked to come up with 5 "VIRAL" Content topics - in "15 MINUTES". Write a "600 WORD BLOG" on one of them - in 45 MINUTES and a 3rd task which was again time bonded in minutes. This was the first time in my 5 years of professional career that an assignment came with time bondation spread over minutes. Even if I'm asked to just write a blog, I get a day or two because it's not about just penning something down but more than that the research process and the ability to convey the right information. Guess these two aren't important factors for Zolostays. I even told the HR that 45 minutes is not the time frame you ask writers to write a blog in. They're humans as well and I'm not used to working like this. But guess the hiring manager thought to better base their decisions on the assignment without getting on a call to understand my thought process. Later I though if they were even serious for the hiring.
