Tell me about a time when you ran into difficultly working with someone from another team. How did you go about resolving the situation?
The person I interviewed with was not prepared with questions and seemed weird on Zoom. Very strange interview.
I was asked about the maximum number of direct reports I've been responsible for, my management style, how I coach and develop team members, and about the technical tools used by the team.
Why have you applied for this role? Why do you want to work for kooth? Can you give examples of accounts you follow or like that are similar to ours?
not a question - but advice on the test. I am good with words, but my grammar is pretty shaky (see above!). Really focus on your subbing skills if you get an interview, the pass mark is very high and it is pretty difficult if you don't edit copy every day.
