Have you been a cashier, what system did you use, when did you stand up in a leadership role. If you have a deadline, how do you complete it, if an employee was not following safety how did you handle it? Interviewer, was out of breath and in a hurry while asking questions, made an impression of 'just wanting to get it over with, feeling rushed, and uncomfortable with person who did the interview. The phone interview was a much more relaxed and pleasant experience.
