Trying to understand the position and what it entails. CSE isn't like a typical SE position at Cisco. You have to be able to articulate your answers. There wasn't too many technical questions probably because of my 15 years experience and being a CCIE already.

Questions around past work experience. Describe a time when you solved a problem for a customer. Some situational type questions: How would you solve a certain problem. Very customer facing focused. Additional questions to determine if I'd be a good fit with the company culture.
It was a very technical interview. I believe the most difficult question I was asked was something about how to setup an IPSEC tunnel on a Cisco ISR.
