What are your main strengths?
Did I still want the position even though they had downgraded the compensation level. The answer was, that they had downgraded the compensation package because they were having financial difficulty and that they hoped I would accept the position despite the lower compensation. It was further stated that if I did accept the position, I would be "taken care of" when the business turned around and began to once again prosper.

I forget, but mostly ok questions about experience . Toughest question was how much $ are you looking for.
