No difficult questions for me - questions were straight forward, asking me about my previous project experience, my own design aesthetic, job skills, etc. I feel they are a group not interested in "zombie apocalypse scenario" type questions, but rather seeing if I am a good fit for the job and the group. I found it very down to earth. Lots of steps to go through but in my view, very much worth it!!

Typical 'who are you' questions, specific relevant experience questions, and a section of yes/no responses to experiences and software usage such as "have you used XX program" "have you done this prior"
What do you know about Vinci? What made you want to apply for this role? Why are you interested in construction? Who is a great leader in today's world, and why do you think they are influential?
How did you apply leadership in this particular role?
The second phone call in its entirety consisted of questions I never expected from a pre-employment screening
