Questions are the same for any CM/PM in Construction interview. They ask about your experience and about you to see if you'd be a good fit. Additionally, it was made clear that the job would require working some overtime so if that is not for you, Kiewit may not be a good fit.
Why can the people be interw but the person who is going to be your boss not to a human resourse person that do not know about the field work or managerial work that the person is going to be involve in it, i think is a shame and a waste of money and a loose of potential cadidates when the human resource people only look for titles and not for the expierence y desiere of a working people.
