I have a nominal amount of experience in a said field. After stating I did not necessarily want to continue on said career path, the interviewers asked several more times exactly what I wanted to do with said experience. After expressing numerous times that I did not intend on pursuing said career and that I was interested in research (which is not at all in the job requirements), several awkward moments of silence followed my consistent response to the irrelevant repeated question.

Why did you choose to switch law firms?
All the questions are all Conflicts related, how we look up company information, CA ethics rules etc.
Was not actually asked that many questions, much of the interview consisted of descriptions of the job.
Where do I see myself in five years? Do I like puzzles and solving problems?
