Declined third interview on account of being asked about family status/whether I had children; talent/HR followed up to investigate and called me, did a great job asking the right questions and acknowledging it was wrong. After being asked this type of question, I did not feel like a culture fit to work here reporting to this person if this type of question was considered appropriate and non-discriminatory in the interview.
