Tell me about yourself. I always find this a difficult question because everyone has a different perspective on what they want a candidate to say. Some want details and others just want you to pull out a few key points.

They wanted me to convince them why I was trying to do market research when my background was really in journalism and strategic communications (I guess failed to do that). The Community Mgr II seemed to be asking questions specifically to intimidate or confuse - it didn't work but just beware.

There really was not a question that I would consider as difficult as long as you have taken time to reflect on your past work experiences and have prepared yourself for an interview. I felt as if most questions asked were to determine my personality and selling capabilities.
