A lot of specific question about what you would do as community manager. such as: How would you handle X situation? What would be the first thing you would do on the job? What do you like about Zomato? Do you think it would be OK to do ....? What do you think is Zomato's advantage?
They are looking for a "sales" type person for this position even though they don't tell you that
"Why seniors?"
Throughout the process, the interviewer asked me my opinions on how I would do X or Y and would ask me why. I got the impression that the interviewer was very open-minded as to how the forthcoming community would be used and managed.
