Tell me a time when you had to deliver bad news to a customer and how you dealt with them if they where upset.
I cant remember specifics but a lot of the interview was just them getting to know me
1. Online Assessment. Behavioural scenarios measuring Organisation’s Values 2. Face-to-Face interview with the branch manager regarding previous experience, relevant skills, interest in the role and future expectations.
Questions were around Barclay's values and how I have exhibited them in my previous roles and/or personal life.
I can't exactly remember the questions because they just chatted with me normally. The conversation just flowed. They asked me basic questions around customer service skills, and how I handled certain situations ad so on and why i applied for the job?
