There were no unexpected questions during the first two rounds. They knew what they were looking for, and at. And they made sure I did, too. The HR interview after all this was a bit jarring, like starting all over again. The questions really had nothing to do with the job - they were more personality and fit questions. Prior to even doing the in person interview I had to complete a personality test and then they did a "top down" approach/interview. Alot of situational questions and scenarios
