Interview was primarily about past experiences and situational. I and the interview team had a good rapport. It was very unfortunate that the hiring freeze came into effect when they were about to extend an offer. The Hiring Manager wrote to me personally expressing his sadness.

I did spend a good portion of time preparing for the behavioral interview so it was not difficult for me. On the technical side, there were questions on - TCO's (Total cost of ownership), How can suppliers manipulate information on TCO, What factors should be considered while selecting suppliers?, Should-costing model, Manufacturing processes and the costs associated with them, Supplier risk etc.
