If you were looking to increase profits for your business, what would you focus on?
Was asked to candidly describe my previous work experience and how I felt it could benefit Citi. Was asked about my specific skill sets and about my future goals.; this was very important to Citi. After those questions, we had a rather in-depth discussion about my future and the interviewee decided not to bother asking all the boring behavioral interview questions a person would normally be asked.
The most unexpected question asked, was prior to the interview, when I was asked if it was possible for me to provide a sample of my work product.
