Tell us about yourself? What's your biggest accomplishment? (They asked me to write this down).
Tell the interviewer about yourself
They asked about all my experience as far as bookkeeping and accounts payable and accounts receivable and collections how I get along with others, etc etc. one of the head managers and HR person was there and not until after over an hour interviewing did my actual soon-to-be boss come in and spent about two minutes in there and left. Come to find out they let her go the next week. So I had no direction or anything and had to rely on my other co-workers for help. Then we were given a manager for the credit department and it was all about hitting these goals when most of my accounts were completely up-to-date so I cannot ask people for money who do not owe us money.
What collections experience do you have? Tell me about this job that job?
HR asked about managing teams through change and how to get people to change as the organization evolves.
