The scenario where a customer challenged me had me stumbling over my words. I expected it, but as I was inexperienced with debt collection at the time, I found it quite difficult to end the imaginary call without a successful collection. I was told that this happens, though, and it didn't seem to reflect negatively on my performance. Some people simply can, or will not pay.
Interview was extremely easy.

Typical S.T.A.R. interview questions - my biggest complaint with this place was their lack of follow up, respect for my time or even a decision one way or another without me having to extract one from them with my own investigative work.
