Tell me a little about yourself.
"Do you think you could keep up with everybody?" This was a question they asked me right out, without even any shame!!!!! (Being someone who is clearly in an older age group, I found this extremely offensive!!!!) They should have just basically come right out and asked me by the way, you old fogie, how old are you and can I make my hiring decision on you clearly being too old?
What makes you stand out?
Why are you looking to leave your position? This is a remote position but very busy and fast paced, why do you feel we should hire you? You are assigned to one specialty XXX are you comfortable and how do you feel? Tell me a conflict you have encountered? What would you do in this situation? Are you able to sit in front of a computer type and talk on the phone at the same time, navigating different pages, asking questions?
