Why do you want to leave your job now ?
I have 7 billiard balls and one of them is weaker in the few amount of tries how would I locate the weaker ball using only a scale? Tell me a time when you had to deal with a difficult matter? Tell me a time when you had difficulty with a customer and how did you handle it?
Why do you apply the position?
I was given a login and a helpful resource list enabling me to guide my way through the platform in prep for the interview/assessment a few days later. The first portion of the interview required me to share my screen and answer some mock customer questions. The rest of the interview involved questions relating to my problem solving skills and personal life.

How will you handle working onsite as opposed to at home?
Why ADP? Where do you see yourself in five years? Tell me about a time when you have to deal with a difficult client. Tell me about a time where you had to deliverable unfavorable news. Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult internal customer. Make sure to study other client service interview posts like mine and review the questions posted. It really helped me. Also be sure to do your research on the role and the company.
