These are for fresher/contractor role: There is Aptitude test that consists of Logical Reasoning, basic math and English Comprehension. After that you need to go through the Group Discussion round. If the Role is for SQL then expect Intermediate level SQL questions in the Technical Interview. So, Aptitude, Technical Interview, Group Discussion, HR this is the process. You must have good communication skills and knowledge of SQL.
