When was the last time you did something new and what was it?
Standard Interview questions (why do you want to work for the company, etc), but exceptional amount of time left to ask your own, so come curious!
Many questions to uncover how you would handle client dissatisfaction and what you would do to improve (process, communication, etc.).
How do I handle difficult customer escalations?
The rapid fire questions period was really great, I understood that the objective was to understand my thought process under duress which contrasted well as an interview technique when combined with the longer format questions and answers.
Basic interview with get to know you questions and explaining the job. Moved onto questions such as: What would you do in this situation: X,Y,Z? Describe your leadership skills, work ethic, motivations etc. Why did you apply? Where do you see yourself in 5 years, 10 years?
Recalling certain stories and experiences to relate to question. Specifically, instances where I went above and beyond for clients, how well I multitasked and how I was able to work with a not so happy client.
No particular questions stand out I will say it was pretty standard
